Description

All Day You May® has become the industry standard for recovery supplements featuring 6 grams of BCAAs in a unique 10:1:1 ratio, along with a Conditional EAA Blend and special Amino Acid Support Blend featuring Taurine, Coconut Water, and HICA. Additionally, ADYM includes a powerful Intra-Cellular Blend containing Creatinol-O-Phosphate as well as Beta Alanine, plus a Joint Support Blend designed to cover all your muscle building and recovery needs. Take this product throughout the day, during your workout, and post-workout.

There’s absolutely nothing else like it on the market!

BCAA Blend – Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine – 6 Grams

Of the three BCAAs, Leucine is the one that has the most research supporting its ability to stimulate protein synthesis. We use an innovative 10:1:1 ratio which means you’re getting a HUGE 5-gram dose of this powerful anabolic activator in every serving of ADYM for maximum effect. The additional two BCAAs work synergistically with Leucine to promote greater results than Leucine can by itself.(1)

Essential Amino Acid Blend – L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Histidine, L-Methionine – 155 mg

The latest clinical studies indicate that protein synthesis is stimulated to a greater degree if additional EAAs are included, which is why we have added them to the formula.(2)

Conditionally Essential Amino Acid Blend – L-Glutamine, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, N-Acetyl l-Cysteine (NAC) – 2800 mg

What are CEAAs? They are amino acids that cannot be made by the body under certain conditions, such as stress.

Glutamine – A big part of dealing with the stress of an intense workout is recovery and that’s where the amino acid Glutamine can help to keep you in an anabolic state. It works in concert with the BCAAs to stimulate protein synthesis, act as an anti-catabolic during training, and promote post-workout recovery.(3)

L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – We’ve included this version of Carnitine because it supports testosterone production. It doesn’t get any more anabolic than that!

NAC – One of the drawbacks of bodybuilding is the stress we put on our livers. It just comes with the territory. For this reason, we’ve included NAC, a powerful ingredient that supports liver health and function.

Amino Acid Support Blend – L-Taurine, Raw Coconut Water Concentrate, HICA, Bromelain, Blueberry Fruit Powder – 960 mg

Taurine – This is a popular amino acid that’s often included in energy drinks and pre-workouts. We’re using it here for its powerful cell volume effects. Taurine pulls water into the muscles, hyper-hydrating them and blowing them up big time!

Coconut Water Concentrate – If you don’t replace the electrolytes you’ve lost, you risk muscle cramps as well as dehydration. Coconut Water is a complete fluid replacement ingredient: it has vitamins, the key electrolyte minerals, anti-oxidants, amino acids, and enzymes for advanced hydration.

HICA (Alpha-Hydroxyisocaproic Acid) – This is a metabolite of Leucine that works synergistically with the BCAAs & EAAs to stimulate protein synthesis. Additionally, it binds ammonia in the muscles during hard training thereby blocking fatigue.(4)

Blueberry Fruit – When it comes to recovery you may not think about the health of your immune system. However, if you realize that your immune system has to combat workout-induced free radicals, a good anti-oxidant takes on new importance. We chose Blueberry Fruit because it’s among the most effective antioxidants on the market.

Bromelain – This is the digestive enzyme that’s found in pineapple. It’s in ADYM to help you digest the typical high protein intake of most bodybuilders. You want the full benefits of the protein you take in, right? Then you want to make sure you’re digesting your protein completely. It has one more benefit- it also helps reduce swelling caused by an injury.

Intra-Cellular Buffer Blend – CopMax™ Creatinol-O-Phosphate, Beta-Alanine – 1500 mg

CopMax™ Creatinol-O-Phosphate – Muscle growth occurs from hypertrophy and the breakdown of muscle tissue making training catabolic and drains glycogen stores. As this is happening, your muscles sense that lactic acid levels have gone up and pH levels have gone down so activity to your muscles is stopped to prevent any more damage. You know this as muscle failure. CopMax™ interrupts this process so you can push past failure and keep going deep into the growth zone. We’ve combined this with Beta-Alanine, which dramatically enhances this effect.

Beta-Alanine – Beta-Alanine buffers lactic acid but it does so indirectly. It converts lactic acid into carnosine which is what actually buffers lactic acid thereby preventing that pH drop, allowing you to push past failure.

Joint Support Blend – D-Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium, MSM – 600 mg

You hit it hard every time you walk in the gym and you can bet your muscles aren’t the only thing taking a beating, your joints are taking a pounding. Your knees, elbows, and shoulders take the brunt of the abuse. That’s why ADYM includes a joint support complex and we’ve used two of the most powerful joint ingredients available.
